IS YOUR SPOUSE FALLING OUT OF LOVE WITH YOU? (PART 3)

Who changed? (a personal story)

Displaying great neediness is a no no!!!

Women lose respect quickly for a man who ramps up efforts to dive into their psyche and draw out those inner most feelings or shows signs of emotional weakness himself.

Although, as I said, the roles have been blurred, our ancestral DNA still exists, and a man who gets on with life shows an outer will to keep moving and achieving is still attractive to a woman.
I watched this with two close friends not too long ago.

Things began to cool in their once passionate relationship because he had decided that the his successful and lucrative career path was no longer his ‘thing’.
She remained focused on her career and encouraged him to move forward with her.

He was no longer contributing to the ‘tribe’ yet expected her feelings toward him to remain strong. She began to withdraw from him and he became needier, financially and emotionally. The more he tried to engage her, whilst he searched for himself and his purpose, the worse it got.

The relationship ended. He proclaims to be a happy ‘drifter’, whilst she has gone to strength to strength professionally and a new relationship with a man who has goals in common with hers.

What you can do?

So, one of the first things to do if you if you want your wife to love you again, is take a good look at yourself and work out if you are showing any signs of change that has depleted her feelings for you.
Are you unhappy at work?
Have you changed physically?
Is a new pastime or hobby taking up more of your attention?
Have you taken her for granted as you became used to each other?
Self-assessment is one of the most useful and powerful tools we all possess, but rarely have the courage to implement.

You can never change anyone else, but you can change yourself
The most frustrating thing in a cooling relationship, and in this case, you are still in love with her, but she may not be, is by thinking we can actually change the way someone thinks, acts and feels.
Sadly, that is almost mission impossible.

As I said earlier, we go into our default mode of ‘Problem Solver’. I have been guilty of it, and it does not work.
When it becomes apparent that she may have fallen out of love, turn the tables by asking a question that could open her up to you, but you have to be prepared for the answer – good, bad or ugly.
“Darling, I feel there is something different between us. I’d really love to know if you think I have changed?”
You have acknowledged there is an issue.
You have shown, albeit subtly, that she is still your love by using a term of endearment that she is used to hearing from you.

You are asking her for an opinion, women are born to provide opinions and then you show strength by asking her to critique you. You are willing to hear the worst, you are willing to find out what she may not like about you or what you are doing.
And when she responds, let her speak.
Do not object, butt in, deny…just listen, and listen actively.
Answer any questions she poses to you honestly.

This one question could open her up and allow a flow of dialogue that starts to mend the bridges that she thought were broken and instill the most important factor that forms the basis of any loving relationship – respect – allow her to re- discover her respect for you.
She may even surprise you and share her own internal issues, an admission that maybe she has changed.

If you have the courage and want to make her love you again, look first for the changes you need to make by finding out what they are from the woman you love.

IS YOUR SPOUSE FALLING OUT OF LOVE WITH YOU? (PART 2)

Don’t badger her. Let her be!
One of the greatest, and first tell-tale signs that all is not well, is the withdrawal of physical intimacy.
Spontaneous encounters cease to exist.
Nothing is instigated by her any more.
She limits the opportunities, even when you may have planned to woo your prey and set the perfect scene.

Withdrawal of affection is a gut wrenching feeling to deal with, whilst raising a red flag that there is something very wrong.
You may feel she has fallen out of love with you, but is it a temporary thing?
Is there something distracting her?

Are there issues outside of your relationship that you are unaware of, that she is having to deal with?
Unless she has told you outright that the flame has flickered out, and the love she had for you is gone, let’s assume there is something you can do to bring her back.

Don’t Try to Fix It!
Our DNA still carries traces of our ancient ancestors.
The men would hunt, protect and provide the seed to continue generations of the clan.
The women gave birth to those generations, nurtured, cooked and provided a comfortable living environment.

There was no confusing of the roles. Males and females knew what they had to do individually and as a team to survive and thrive.
Today’s society is so different, yet our DNA ensures we, males, go into default mode when a threat presents or a problem needs fixing.

In the 21st Century, the lines have blurred.
I won’t try and explain in detail how men are now expected to behave, and what we are meant to feel, but it is definitely at odds with the very essence of our being.

Although our unconscious response, when faced with a problem, is ‘fix it’, today’s ‘Super Women’ don’t want that.
If you believe that she has fallen out of love with you or her feelings have waned, subtlety and observation are the keys to winning her back.

IS YOUR SPOUSE FALLING OUT OF LOVE WITH YOU? (PART 1)

Hello Beautiful people.

Its another day......with another beautiful blog post.
We are still on the Relationship inspirationals talks and teaching.
It's always wonderful and exciting sharing my ideas with you and i'm basically learning too.

Yay,,,let's jump straight into this topic.
Finding out if your spouse is falling out of love with you!!!

When love and a deep connection are not shared, the feelings of emptiness, anger and frustration take over and your ability to function in other roles suffer.

You may ask yourself some of this questions:

1. Why did she fall out?
2. Who changed? You or her?
3. Was there a specific event that brought about her withdrawal of affection?
4. Could you sense something was not right over some months or even years?
5. Can you actually make your spouse love you again?

Women think emotionally and usually act on those emotions.

Their feelings rule. And it's not uncommon for a woman to bundle feelings in together and display the resulted conclusion in a manner that seems totally illogical, inconsistent and out of context.

For male, although they have and display feelings, they act and re-act pragmatically. They  are able to recognize and isolate a situation and then we decide quickly

For us males, although we have and display feelings, we act and re-act pragmatically.
We are able to recognize and isolate a situation, and then we decide quickly– do I fix it, do I ignore it, or do I run from it?
Problem solved?! Maybe not always but we can move onto the next thing and re-focus.

Recognizing something that is not right
Even though we are the more pragmatic of the species, we can still sense or feel when something is not right.

Women have a habit of not always expressing how they feel to their partners, rather choosing to withdraw physically and emotionally from you and expecting you to play ‘join the dots’, which can suck you into ongoing attempts to expose the problem, “Is there anything wrong?”

When you sense that all or something is not well with your wife, and you ask the question, “Is there anything wrong?” and her response is a short, sharp, “I’m fine.” She is not!

THANK YOU FOR COMING THROUGH......MUCH LOVE

TRUE FRIENDSHIP

Today we will be talking about True friendship, which is also one of the relationships.

What are true friendship?
Friendship is one of the pivotal relationships our life circles around. Friends form the important part of our day to day lives and influence us to extents much beyond our common perception.

Though friendship sounds so Universal, some of us do find the concept to be pretty alien. The reason could be anything incompatibility, withdrawn attitude, doubts, insecurity and so!

Below are tips with reference to key the areas we tend to overlook in any relationship. These are not steadfast rules of some kind, but consider them simple tips on relationships (friendships).

Be your own Friend
You must be your own best friend. This is the first and most important step. If you don't do this right, then you screw the whole process. You have to love yourself and treat yourself the way you want others to treat you. Adore and appreciate yourself for all possible amazing things you can think about yourself.

In friendship, what matters most is not what you get but what you give.
Don't get caught up focusing on what your friends do for you and you don't. Pay attention to what you give to the relationship with them.
All you need to do is, do your part and do it good.

Loving selflessly and generously Never hurts
Don't be afraid to give.
Many people have tough time with their relationships because they are intimidated by the very thought of loving generously.
The reason why love is so intimidating, is because of the possible chance of love not being reciprocated.

Let me make two things clear:
Firstly...Love is not a limited source! You have enough love to give for every living soul.

Love is infinite! So give your love with no fear. It's not going to cost you anything and it comes with tons of personal benefits.

Secondly...Reciprocation is not everything. As I mentioned earlier, you do your part and the rest leave it to your friend.

The nicest of things that your friends have done for you weighs than their actions that hurt you.
Okay......we all make mistakes and disappoint people we love.
When your friend does something wrong or hurts you, don't cling to it. Leg go, but hold on to the good stuffs forever.

Being selfless does not mean letting people exploit your kindness.

GREAT TIPS FOR A FIRST DATE

I believe everyone is doing well....I thank God I'm alive and health 😃😄💃

We are here again with another beautiful content, i hope you will love it. I'm basically going to talk more to the guys in this topic, but it's a good content for awareness of the ladies too.

It's always wonderful and exciting sharing my ideas with you and I'm basically learning too.
We are still on the Relationship inspirational talks and teaching.

Yaaas....let's go straight into our topic for today.

As we all know, all guys they take their lovers on their first dates.
But most guys make big mistakes when it comes to dating.
This is because they fail to understand it is not so many great ideas to implement during their first date. One of which is that it is not necessary for your first date to be expensive.

As a matter of fact your date will be absolutely unimpressed if you try to captivate her with sumptuous gifts, dinners and entertainments.

First date is always full of expectation, it is where many people share their emotions about love.
First impression they say lasts long. The way you express comport yourself on your first date will last long in the heart of your partner.

In order to make a decent impression on your first date it is quite essential that you should mix the whole things effectively, the looks, the accessories and attitude.
These are some of the great first date thoughts.

The motive of your first date is to know each other better.
It is not important to make your first date too romantic...hello, it's just the first day!

It's essential that the place you will choose for your first date should be friendly and your attitude ought to be sufficiently light.

Great tips towards the first date
1. If it is someone you have never met before or someone you don't know, a cheap mid price range venue should be perfect and considered for your first date.
You can decide to walk into a coffee shoe to start things up.

2. Make sure your date sits in a seat with the slightest distraction. This allows them to concentrate on you and prevents them from losing focus. Ladies will always choose the seat with the best view...I love good views too 😜🙈
Be a gentleman and help yourself by pulling out the chair for her, that will make her feel more special.

3. If you don't know your date, it is advisable not to go out for dinner. There are so many wrong things attached to this, one which is that the man will mostly likely insist on paying, which means that he has invested both time and money. Most guys will want a return on their investment leading to so many bad choices and decisions.

4. Next in the line! Don't be late, arrive on time. This imperative for both parties but less important for ladies.
Your punctuality will make a great first impression. The ladies are always late for the date but try not to worry yourself about it and don't get angry with her about it.

5. Meet at the location a far from your home or hers.
If they request for your home address politely say that you will meet them at the venue....Just be wise 😊

6. I know well that guys will always say yes to anything especially if they are desperate. Try not to make yourself always available because women can notice your desperation miles away.

7. Schedule the date during the week. This is because weekends are too busy making it possible to contend with friends. A lady will likely decline your offer as a lot of them plan their weekends for businesses or with their female friends ahead of time.

8. Be so very careful! Safety is paramount...Do not give your address if you have any doubts about the person.

HOW TO HEAL YOUR HEART BEFORE VALENTINE'S DAY?

Hello Beautiful people.

Its another day......with another beautiful blog post.
We are still on the Relationship inspirational talks and teaching.
It's always wonderful and exciting sharing my ideas with you and I'm basically learning too.

Yay,,,let's jump straight into our topic for today.
Healing your heart before valentine's day.

The heart is one of the most vital organs in the human body. It keeps your blood flowing to supply oxygen and nutrients to the tissues and removing carbon dioxide and other wastes.

On a spiritual level, our heart is our centre, our being. It contains compassion, unconditional love, self-love, our dreams and desires. Emotional anger, stress and physical inactivity have an adverse effect on your physical heart that can lead to heart disease and strokes. If you are unable to forgive and feelings of resentment are foremost in your mind you can damage your spiritual heart.

When your spiritual heart is broken you are closed to good and bad experiences, you expect the worst, you are ungrateful and unappreciative.

Healing the heart is an essential part of your overall well-being. When your heart is healthy and balanced, you have compassion for yourself and others, you forgive your past. You make space for new experiences and new people and you invite abundance in all forms into your life with open arms. You become curious about life again!

If it is time for you to bring let go of the past and look forward to the future again, here are three gentle yet powerful steps to heal a broken heart:

1. Be honest with yourself

The first step to healing is to admit that your heart hurts.
We are so used to living in the past and holding on tight to our feelings surrounding relatives, partners or friends and events.

2. Forgive yourself, others and life

Forgive those that have wronged you will set you free.
It will send your life in a completely new direction.
Forgiveness always starts with yourself.
Forgive yourself for allowing certain things.
Forgive yourself for willingly and knowingly putting yourself in certain situations.

3. Accept

The deeper level of forgiveness is acceptance.
Accept that it's the past. Accept that perhaps it had to happen in order for you to be where you are right now.

Keep your heart open. Don't let events and people let you go back to your old hurt and closed self.
You know that you are responsible for happiness.

Become curious about life and people.

This valentine's make you are at peace, heal your heart and give without expecting anything in return, remembering it will come back. Perhaps not from the same source but it will come back.

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR LOVE PARTNERS IN THE RIGHT PLACES??

Hello my beloved!!!

Today is another day......We are discussing about the right places where we can meet or find our right partners.

Does it really matter where you meet a potential partner?
Can it tell you something about who they are and what they are looking for?
I strongly believe that when people are seeking a mate at certain venues, they do so with particular personality traits and with short-term or long-term intentions in mind.

Some people intentionally go to certain places in search of short-term relationships while some go to certain venues searching for long-term relationships.
So we have to be very attentive of places we met our partners.
The place you met your partner really matters, it can reveal who they are and their characters.

People that are looking for short-term relationships, you will normally meet them in Bars, Night clubs, Party, Beach, Concert, prison.
People you meet in such venues  will never take relationships serious, in fact they won't even have time to be always available whenever you need them.

I don't think bars, night clubs or parties are good places to look for love either because the kind of people who hang out in such places might be just looking to pick someone up or to be picked up for that particular day. They might be driven by alcohol just to hang out with you, not that this is always the case but that is what mostly happen.

Generally, 'wrong places' means that you are looking for the wrong kind of person to be in a relationship with, someone who can be abusive or someone who is selfish. He/she is not going to respect you.

In wrong places you are just looking for someone who will not benefit you in a relationship, because they are not suitable for a mature relationship. Most of all they may only expect you to be a fun person to be with.

There are tons of right places to meet love partners, venues like church/ fellowship, school, workplaces, conferences etc. It's good to look for a mate at the right places that will convince you about that person's good characters.

For Instance someone you meet in church shows you already what they are into. It will encourage you to be with them and grow spiritually together, pray together, attend church services or fellowships together.

Unlike the person you met in the nightclub or party, that particular person shows you already where they spend their time and it's not easy to change their outing routine or to automatically stop them from going to such places you find them already going.

You should know where you can meet your long-term love partner, and respect their personalities.

MATURE RELATIONSHIPS

How are we all doing guys???

It's good to be here with you again, i had tons of work to do but I'm finally back.

Let's get straight into our topic.....MATURE RELATIONSHIPS!!
I believe we all want that serious and mature relationship with good communication, true commitments and mature love.

Human are visually stimulated creatures but resist the urge to judge a potential partner based solely on his or her appearance.
So searching for the right partner it might be more helpful of being a right partner.

You need to understand the impact of the events in your childhood on to your choice of a partner in adulthood. Bringing your old issues from childhood to awareness have to be eliminated and focus on the present.
You should examine why you keep making the same mistakes again and again in your relationship. After completing this few life tasks then you are free to enter into a mature relationship.

How does a mature relationship look like?

1. In a mature relationship, partners acknowledge that their childhood wounds are likely to emerge in the relationship.

2. Partners have equality in the relationship with open dialogue between them.

3. The couples understand that when they feel uncomfortable with each other, they need to engage themselves into constructive conversations. Because looking outside the relationship to get the needs for the intimacy met will not help, it will rather separate them.

4. Each partner owns up to his/her faults and talks about them freely with the other.

5. In a mature relationship, couples agree to avoid blaming or criticizing each other and they engage in constructive communication instead.

6. Couples agree to accept each other's anger and emotions, they recognize that anger must be contained and expressed in a matured manner.

7. Partners in a mature relationship develop their own strength rather than relying on the other to provide them.

A mature relationship is based on commitments, mutual respect and awareness.
It takes a matured partner to recognize what his/her partner needs and they provide this things lovingly and without conditions.
The ability to provide unconditional love to our partner is one of our highest life goals.
Even though our partner's behaviours may cause us anxiety, pain or anger, we show our maturity by understanding and containing our reactions in order to make the other person feel better.

There can be no greater expression of love, then being a matured partner in a relationship.

SAYING I'M SORRY IN A RELATIONSHIP

Why is it important to say I'm sorry?
James 5:16 "Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed."
It's very important to say sorry to free your heart and heal for the one you hurt.

Many people seem to find saying "I'm sorry" an extremely difficult thing to offer even when they believe themselves to be  guilty of some wrongdoing.

If you make a mistake by doing or saying something that is hurtful or damaging to the relationship say that you are sorry. It actually takes a strong person to apologize.

Do not wait until you think you have the courage but say it immediately and with sincerity. Too often when couples argue, there is a long period of silence that makes the anger and tension more worse. You need to let your partner know immediately that you made a mistake and ask for forgiveness.

The reason why people fail to apologize is not because they are rude or unkind but perhaps they might have difficulty recognizing apology-worthy situations or they don't appreciate the value of an apology especially to their loved one.

Sorry is a powerful word and it should not be used cheaply.

The importance of an apology is immense. You couldn't imagine how much it could mean to someone when you truly apologize.

If you did a mistake and your partner loves you, then when you truly apologize, not only you can be forgiven but it also strengthens your relationship. But if you do not value the importance of an apology, then you could be the sole reason for the end of the relationship.

It is all about getting your priorities right.
You have to understand!.........sometimes apologizing in the relationship can be the only thing to do.

Apologize for everything, but you must understand that an apology isn't a way to avoid arguments.

Kindly leave your comments below and let me know what you think about the topic. Also suggest on the topics you would like to see next.

Happy Sunday and blessed week ahead!!!!!! 🙌💖💗

STUDENT LIFE AND LOVE RELATIONSHIPS

The uncertainty of student life can make any relationship stressful, but one of the things you'll notice when you date in college/university is that your relationships tend to be more serious.

Yes there are still people who marry their high school sweethearts, but when you date in university there's that feeling that it's serious. Perhaps because you are much more mature.

And the possibility that it can lead to engagements and married puts a very different perspective on things.

Personally, I would have to say that I would not advise long distance relationships.

They add so much pressure and stress to an already stressful life when you're a student.
Early in my first years of university, dating was really hard because I was busy and concentrating on my spiritual life. It's hard to balance a serious relationships, plus there is a lot of instability and uncertainty in student's lives these days.
Short term isn't my thing but i can see why it is for many students.

My finance and I are both medical students and we are currently in a happily and long-term relationship, which is a blessing from God. I don't think about the impact on our studies, I usually do what feels right for both of us.

Both relationships and school are two huge commitments to make and require equally significant amounts of time in order for them to grow. I believe that a healthy relationship with open communication and mutual understanding has the potential to work but it's unhealthy ones that will make student life really difficult and strenuous.

The most important thing to remember is that everyone needs and desires are very different and one has to work hard to distinguish between what they feel compelled to do and what they want themselves.

So my dear friends, if you meet someone that makes you happy and those feelings are mutual then date them. If it's the right person you will know and they'll help you through the tough times in university and make it less stressful.

I'm glad I met him because I don't find medical school tough as people have always said that is hard and stressful. Things have made easier for us because the support we give each other is infinity.

Don't feel obligated to be in the dating scene because that is what others expect of you.

Dating is not for everyone especially when you are a student, because some people may not take you serious and that can be a wasting of your school time.

You and your partner may feel like you have a lot of things in common: life, classes, professions and so forth. But have you ever thought about life outside campus? Perhaps you share little more than your educational pursuits.

One way to find out if you are both in love, examine what your usual topics of conversation are.

If you mostly talk about university and campus related things then you're just a university couples.
You can try to change your conversations and see how you are together outside the university before making any further plans.

University brought you together but careers can pull you apart, so you should know your future ahead with your partner. Things get more worse when you wasted almost your entire life dating someone in school then you separate after completion of your studies.

Do not give up your plans until you are sure your relationship is more important then anything.

Best wishes for the weekend........😍😍💖😊😊😊

All I WANTED TO DO BEFORE RELATIONSHIPS!!!!

Because i knew nothing much about relationships and all what they bring about, i chose to work on myself to be very sure if i can manage a relationship or not.
I did not know the purposes of being in a relationship nor of being in love.......oh that was terrible but i thank God i was not in hurry and i created time for myself to learn about life.

Most relationships are tricky especially since our motivations, our goals and our expectations should match the ones of our partners.

If this doesn't happen then things might get tough and we'll need to find ways to make our relationship work so you can be happy together.

But before starting a relationship you should try to accomplish certain things in your life and so you'll be able to be a good partner. (In fact we are to prepare ourselves to be good partners)

What to do before getting into a relationship: (personal experiences)

1. Become who you want to be.
2. Do things that make you happy.
3. Understand yourself, sexually and emotionally.
4. Avoid ''Sextimacy'' until it's the right time.
5. Put yourself in new situations.
6. Get yourself organised.

People who are genuinely happy with their romantic choices spend more energy working on their own self-development than on appearing a certain way to attract love.

''Don't attract love, let love attract you''
''Perfect your inner you, your physical appearance cannot keep a happy and healthy relationship''

Much Love.............
